Managerial & Supervisory Training Package (20 Hours/ 1 Course Per Week)
Training Suitable for: Directors & Mid-level Management (Have Reporting Staff)
Upon completion of this Managerial & Supervisory Training, you will receive a completion badge for taking the courses. Sessions are done in 8- week session with experiential learning components to apply the training sessions for debriefing. This training will include a personalized ExtendedDISC Psychometric Report. The course will cover topics such as Conflict Resolution, Employee Performance Feedback, DEI, among other essential team dynamics.
Non-Managerial Employee Training (12 Hours/ 1 Course Per Week)
Training Suitable for ALL Levels
Upon completion of this Non-Managerial Employee Training, you will receive a completion badge for taking the courses. Sessions are done in 8- week session with experiential learning components to apply the training sessions for debriefing. This training will topics such as time management, effective communication, navigating through workplace challenges, and embracing change among other topics. If you wish to add ExtendedDISC Assessment, you can add it to your package at a discounted rate.
Public Speaking Coaching (12 Hours + Weekly Coaching Sessions)
Training Suitable for all interested in learning public speaking in panels, virtual spaces and in-person spaces.
This coaching session of 6 weeks will offer speech preparation, delivery techniques to maintain engagement and confidence, voice and diction including modulation of sound. During this experiential learning process, you will finish your coaching by presenting a topic that is established by week 2 for the development. During the 6 weeks you will have a weekly individualized one-on-one coaching to work on your delivery and real-life presentation needs you may have.
